James Howsam, currently the Business Development Manager at Metric Bio, previously held the same title at Metric Search. Before entering the business development field, James worked as a Recruitment Consultant at various levels. Prior to their recruitment roles, James was a Heritage Assistant at Nottingham City Council. James graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Philosophy and Politics in July 2020.
