Michael Bonello has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Brand Ambassador and Demo Team Specialist at Sneaky Pete's Breakfast Beverage. Michael then worked as a Co-Commissioner and Coach at Howell Township Basketball League from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they interned at the National Police Athletic League, where they assisted with administering the Full Court Press: Prep for Success program. From 2016 to 2016, they served as a Corporate Partnership and Special Events Assistant at Harrisburg City Islanders. In 2017, they became an Inside Sales Consultant at New York Red Bulls. In 2018, they joined SEMrush as an Account Manager and later transitioned to a Customer Success Specialist role, which they held until December 2019.

Michael Bonello received their high school diploma from Howell High School in 2011. Michael then pursued their higher education at St. John's University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Marketing with a minor in Journalism. Michael attended St. John's University from 2011 to 2015.
