Chris Holtman has worked in various roles since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Temporary Laborer for Holtman Masonry Inc., where they mixed mortar, toted bricks and stone, tuck-pointed mortar joints, and performed job site cleanup. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Lifeguard for Maryville Parks and Recreation. Chris then worked as a Retail Sales Associate for Sears from 2013 to 2016, where they promoted excellent customer service to customers, maintained knowledge on customer service jobs, reorganized store assets and back stock inventory, and performed merchandising and display of promotional materials. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Instructor/General Staff for Boy Scouts of America: Pony Express Council, where they guided and lead scouts to develop leadership skills and pursue special areas of interest in becoming Eagle Scouts, and instructed merit badge classes of up to 40 scouts. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at the City of Gladstone, first as an Aquatics Supervisor, and then as an Assistant Aquatic Specialist. Since 2020, they have been a Lead Support Engineer, Support Engineer, and Customer Care Analyst at PayIt.
Chris Holtman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in 2016 from Northwest Missouri State University, where they double-majored in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Spanish. In 2019, they enrolled in LaunchCode's LC101 program to study Computer Software Engineering, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications from the American Red Cross in Administering Emergency Oxygen and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers.
