Filip Misovski

Filip Misovski began their career as a Junior Software Engineer for HR Applications at SAP in 2000. Filip supported SAP Human Resource business application products and provided programming and configurational knowledge transfer. Filip then worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Employee Self-Services, leading the North American initiative in Manager/Employee Self-Services and Enterprise Portal. Filip also acted as a solution architect for high-profile customers and contributed to the design and development of new Java-based application architecture. In 2003, Misovski became a Project Lead in SAP ERP Development, where they established goals and priorities for self-service functions and supervised software development affairs. Filip later became a Co-Founder of SAP Business Client, responsible for product strategy, definition, and development. Filip also served as Director of Product Management for the PM UI team and as an Area Product Owner for SAP UI Technology. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Co-Founder of SAP Cloud Extensions, responsible for driving the new product area of Extensions for the SAP Cloud Platform. From 2016 to 2018, they led the SAP Cloud Platform as the Head of SAP Cloud Extensions, managing priorities and alignment across various groups. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Founder of SAP Discovery Center, re-inventing the customer adoption journey for SAP business technology platform. In 2020, they joined Privatier as an Enterprise Software Advisor and Investor. Filip currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Semos Cloud, a company focused on creating an employee platform that incorporates recognition culture, internal communications, wellbeing, skills intelligence, and growth.

Filip Misovski pursued their education starting in 1996 at Kentucky Wesleyan College. Filip completed a Bachelor of Science degree, with a focus on Computer Science, Business, and Mathematics, in the year 2000. In 1999, they also attended the American University for a short period of time, specializing in International Business.
