Farhard Hussain has a long history of work experience. Farhard began their career in 2001 as an Acquisitions and Dispositions specialist for Investments Limited, where they were in charge of acquiring and disposing of property worth up to $200 million. In 2004, they became Director of M.C. Abdul Rahims, and the following year, they became Director of World Star Lanka (Pvt) Ltd - Dwellings. In 2005, they co-founded Cenmetrix, a company that enables its clients to digitize their assets and infrastructure. In 2006, they co-founded Cenango, a software development company specializing in web design, SEO and web application development. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded Cemex HRM, a Microsoft cloud-backed digitized workforce collaboration tool.
Farhard Hussain attended Royal College from 1985 to 1991. Farhard then attended Colombo International School from 1991 to 1997. Finally, they attended PennWest Clarion from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BA in Business Administration.
