Steven Rybicki is an experienced professional with a strong background in regulatory and energy policy, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Seminole Electric Cooperative since March 2016. Previously, Rybicki held roles at Chesapeake Energy from February 2012 to March 2016, including Marketing Representative and Field Representative in Oil and Gas Commercial Services.
