Ivy Brown Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business performance analysis and customer relations. At Dominion Energy since June 2014, Ivy has held multiple roles, including Senior Business Performance Analyst and Digital Services Workstream Lead. Prior to this, Ivy worked at Dominion Virginia Power from January 2002 to July 2013, serving in various supervisory positions across customer relations, project management, and credit services. Ivy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University, completed in 1986.
