Debra Barbina is an experienced GIS Analyst with a strong background in developing and maintaining polygon feature layers for Emergency Services Numbers (ESN) and Master Street Address Guide (MSAG). Currently employed at Seminole County Government since May 2020, Debra has previously held roles as a GIS Analyst at Akimeka, LLC and as a GIS Specialist at Seminole County Government. Debra's earlier experience includes a long tenure at the American Automobile Association, where expertise in GIS data management and technical service was demonstrated. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Internet Services Technology from Seminole State College of Florida.
