Jonathan Cardenas is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in network and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Network/Applications Analyst for the City of Santa Barbara since November 2020, responsibilities include managing network equipment across multiple library sites and performance monitoring. Prior experience includes roles as a Computer Operator/Programmer for the City of Lompoc, providing IT helpdesk support, and as Media & Communications Director at Crossroads Community Church, overseeing technology systems. Additional positions include System Support Specialist at CJ Affiliate and various roles involving technical support and training. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Cloud and Systems Administration from Western Governors University and has earned associate degrees in Liberal Arts and Drafting/CAD from Santa Barbara City College.
