Dan Roeske, PhD, currently serves as the Talent and Sector Strategy Workforce Development lead at SEMCA Michigan Works!, where responsibilities include developing talent strategies and implementing the Global Epicenter for Mobility (GEM) initiative aimed at enhancing economic growth in Southeast Michigan. Prior experience encompasses roles at Ford Motor Credit Company, where Dan managed national dealer and sales training as well as employee training programs, focusing on sales curriculum design and leadership development. Additional past positions include instructional design at General Physics and marketing analysis at Wolverine Technologies. Dan's educational background includes a PhD in Educational/Instructional Technology and a Master's degree in Instructional Design/Performance Improvement from Wayne State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration/Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
