MacKenzie Sullivan possesses a strong background in hospitality and customer service, having served in various roles at The Virginian Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, including Front Office Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, and Front Desk Agent since August 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Reservation Specialist at Bridgewater Marina and Boat Rentals from May 2013 to September 2018, and serving as Box Office Supervisor at The Berglund Center between February 2017 and May 2018. MacKenzie also gained experience as a Student Worker at Roanoke College from August 2016 to April 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Roanoke College and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Liberty University.
