Marchello Baine has had an extensive career in human resources, starting as the Director of H.R./Operations at CBD, LLC., moving on to Vice President roles at Beasley Flooring Products, Inc. and Sellers Construction Company, and currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Freudenberg Performance Materials. With a degree in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Marchello is well-equipped to oversee all human resources functions, from recruitment and retention to talent management and employee relations.
