Oumar Kaba SAVANE is a Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Aldelia since October 2022, Oumar previously held the position of Chargé de Recrutement at EMPOWER Talents & Careers from February 2019 to October 2022. Oumar's expertise also includes working as a Consultant indépendant RH, providing HR consulting services to various companies in the insurance sector and HR firms from June 2018 to January 2019.
