Soraima Zambrano has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Gerente de Capital Humano at Seguros Altamira since July 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing the administrative aspects of human capital, budget execution, personnel supervision, and compliance with labor regulations. Previously, Soraima held the position of Jefe de Recursos Humanos at Distribuidora La Montserratina C.A. from August 1988 to June 2007, focusing on planning and controlling talent management and implementing training and health safety programs. Soraima holds a Specialist degree in Labor Law from Universidad Santa María (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Universidad Experimental “Simón Rodríguez.�
