Fabricio Campos began their career in 1996 as a trainee at CNO Consultoria de Marketing e Vendas. Fabricio then became a finance and administration manager at BDP International in 1999. In 2001, they took on the role of product manager at Unibanco AIG Seguros e Previdência S.A. Three years later, they became the sub-regional manager for Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay at AIG. In 2008, they were promoted to senior vice president and head of Latin America & Property Special Risks at AIG. In this role, they were accountable for the full P&L of 6 countries in Latin America. Fabricio implemented plans to grow double digit while improving EBIDTA by at least $20M. Fabricio also provided technical support and strategic guidance to Property, Marine, Aviation and Credit Lines across 6 countries in Latin America. In 2016, they left AIG to become the president of Fairfax Latin America at Fairfax.

Fabricio Campos has a certificate of business administration from Harvard Extension School and a BA in business administration and marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
