Fabricio Campos began their career in 1996 as a trainee at CNO Consultoria de Marketing e Vendas. Fabricio then became a finance and administration manager at BDP International in 1999. In 2001, they took on the role of product manager at Unibanco AIG Seguros e Previdência S.A. Three years later, they became the sub-regional manager for Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay at AIG.
