Max Kelly is an Associate at Seeger Weiss LLP, specializing in plaintiffs' counsel in complex federal litigation, particularly in mass torts. With experience at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, Max has worked on various civil and commercial disputes, regulatory and internal investigations, and significant pro bono work. Max has also worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at New York University School of Law, and as a Paralegal at the Legal Aid Society. Max holds a Doctor of Law degree from New York University School of Law.
