Marta Alonso Nicol¨¢s has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Marta began their career as a Pasante Abogada at Unión General de Trabajadores in 2012, followed by a role as an Abogada at HV IURE S.L. where they handled labor, social security, mercantile, civil, tax, and administrative law cases. In 2013, they worked as a Técnico de RRHH at ATREVIA. Marta then served as an Asesora jurídico-laboral y Orientadora laboral at Centro de Participación e Integración de la C. de Madrid (CEPI)- Consejería de Asuntos Sociales in 2014. Following that, they held the position of Ponente at Ministerio del Interior, where they participated in workshops and labor programs. From 2015 to 2018, Marta worked as a Legal Officer & HR Labour Relations at Atrevia. In 2018, they joined MI-GSO | PCUBED as HR Iberia, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as labor relations, equal opportunity plan implementation, recruitment, payroll, and legal consultations. Marta'srole also included talent development and training programs. From 2022 to 2023, Marta worked as an HR Manager at offUgo. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Operations at Seedtag, starting in 2023.
Marta Alonso Nicol¨¢s completed their education history with various degrees and courses in different fields. From 2006 to 2012, they studied at the Universidad Aut¨®noma de Madrid, earning a degree in Political Science and Administration. In 2014, they obtained additional knowledge in labor law from the ICAM - Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid. In the same year, they also participated in the Lifelong Learning Programme - Transfer of Innovation by the European Commission, focusing on training trainers and professional development for teachers. Marta further expanded their legal knowledge by completing an Expert Program in Social Security at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2013 to 2014. Between 2012 and 2013, they attended the Escuela de Pr¨¢ctica Jur¨ªdica (U.Complutense) for a superior course in the practice of labor law. In 2012, they completed a course in labor law from the Universidad Nacional de Educaci¨®n a Distancia - U.N.E.D. Additionally, Marta attained a degree in Law from the Universidad Aut¨®noma de Madrid in 2006. Before college, they completed their Baccalaureate in Economic and Social Sciences at the Liceo Franc¨¦s de Madrid from 1992 to 2006. Lastly, in 2008 and 2009, they attended the Cruz Roja Espa?ola for a course in Legal Immigration.
