Stephen Chandler has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Stephen is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Notion Capital, an entrepreneur-backed venture firm focused on Enterprise FinTech and Software-as-a-Service. Stephen is also an Investor & Board Member at Arqit, GoCardless, Paddle, Tradeshift, Panaseer, Acin, Novatiq, and Virtualstock. Additionally, they are a Co-Founder of SeedCloud, a seed incubator that provides support and guidance to Cloud-based technology startups.

Stephen Chandler completed their high school education at Haileybury UK from 1982 to 1986. Stephen then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Accounting at the University of Exeter from 1989 to 1991. Following that, they became a Fellow Chartered Accountant from ICAEW between 1991 and 1994. Additionally, they obtained a CISI Diploma in Investment Analysis & Corporate Finance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in 1993 and 1994.
