Pam Doiron has extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. Pam started their career at ClearSail Communications, where they worked as the Director of Franchise Development and Commercial Sales Manager. Pam then moved to Siemens as a Focus Direct Sales Representative. After that, they joined Avaya as an Applications Sales Executive, where they facilitated enterprise-wide solutions for various accounts and exceeded performance objectives. Pam then worked at Verizon Business as a Business Solutions Consultant before transitioning to Verizon as a Government and Education Account Manager, responsible for strategic account selling and new business development. Pam later worked at Mitel as an Area Sales Executive, selling business communication and collaboration products. Pam then joined Servion Global Solutions as the Regional Director for the U.S. West, where they expanded the partner/reseller ecosystem. Pam then worked at Arrow S3 as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on employee empowerment and customer commitment. Pam's next role was at Lumen Technologies (formerly Level 3 Communications) as a Solutions Consultant for Global Accounts. Currently, they are working at C1 as the Managing Principal for the High Touch Program, where they provide technical program governance and staff augmentation for strategic engagements. Overall, Pam has demonstrated expertise in customer success, relationship building, and driving effective resolution in critical incidents.

Pam Doiron obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1992. Pam also holds several certifications, including Proofpoint Certified Identity Threat Specialist (obtained in 2024), Ability to Execute (A2E) Essentials from McKinsey & Company (obtained in 2023), and various LinkedIn certifications in operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and remote work organization. Additionally, they have certifications in CJIS Level 4 Security Awareness from the State of Texas (obtained in 2021), and they are an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church (obtained in 2021).
