Alexis Pratt has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Traditional Healthcare Services, where they performed clerical duties and assisted in drafting company policies. In 2011, they joined Cigna as a Claims Manager, responsible for medically managing claims, providing customer service, and paying covered claims accurately. Over the years, they progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Claims Senior Associate, Group Claims Analyst, and Senior Claim Manager/Supervisor. In 2016, they transitioned to Sedgwick, where they became Assistant Vice President of Operations & Client Services before being promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations in October 2021. Alexis'sroles at Sedgwick involve overseeing operations, client services, and providing strategic leadership.

Alexis Pratt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and General Business from Sam Houston State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Alexis later pursued a Masters degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Walden University, attending from 2012 to 2014. Alexis also obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2023.
