Marinela Nikolli is an experienced HR and Business Support Manager currently employed at Secure Frontline Services since November 2016, where significant achievements include overseeing the recruitment of over 150 staff and managing HR data compliance. Prior experience includes serving as an interpreter at Language River Ltd. in 2019, facilitating communication in various public service settings, and working as a consul's assistant at the Embassy of the Republic of Albania from June 2017 to April 2018, where responsibilities included daily customer inquiries and complaint resolution. Marinela has a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Westminster, along with a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from the University of Tirana.
