Sophie Milnes is an experienced professional in the hospitality and performing arts sectors. Currently serving as a Wine Waiter at The 10 Cases since October 2022 and as an Actor/Bartender at Secret Cinema since July 2022, Sophie engages audiences through immersive experiences while skillfully managing beverage service. With a background as a Brand Ambassador for The Food Connection since August 2017 and former roles including Cinema Host at Ilkley Cinema and Laboratory Analyst at Covance, Sophie possesses diverse experience in both customer service and laboratory settings. Education includes a Master of Arts in Acting from Arts Educational Schools London and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of Leeds. Furthering expertise in the wine industry, Sophie is currently pursuing a Diploma in Wine Steward/Sommelier at WSET School London.
