Annika Hagberg is an experienced environmental specialist currently working at Göteborg & Co since October 2021, focusing on managing the municipal environmental management system aligned with Gothenburg's goal of near zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. Previous roles include serving as a board member and cooperation and sustainability manager at Pling Transport, sustainability consultant for a personal venture, and communications officer at CheckWatt. Annika has contributed to various environmental projects, including project management for the Swedish Ministry for the Environment and participation in research initiatives. Annika holds an MSc in Environmental Science from Lund University and has engaged in multiple sustainability-oriented roles throughout the career, emphasizing environmental psychology and sustainable urban development.
