Emad Zietoon has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Emad began their career in 1998 as a Senior Network Engineer at DSA Inc., where they provided Security Certification & Accreditation (SCA) services support in accordance with NIST800-53 and NIST800-26. In 2007, they moved to STG Inc., where they worked as a Senior Network Engineer. In 2009, they joined Pragamatics Inc. as a Senior Systems Analyst, and concurrently worked as a Senior Administrator/Sr IPsonar Sysadmin at IMRI. In 2011, they joined Technica Corporation as a Unix Engineer, and in 2014 they moved to InfoZen as a Unix System Administrator. In 2015, they joined ICS Nett, Inc. as a RSA Operation Team Lead. Since 2019, they have been working as a RSA Engineer/Team Lead Second Factor at Second Factor, Inc., where they are responsible for providing technical support for 45,000+ users, maintaining 15 RSA servers and 105,000 RSA SecurID tokens in over 500 locations both domestically and internationally from a centrally managed datacenter 24x7.

Emad Zietoon received their MBA in Finance from The University of Akron in 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Computer Information Systems from the University of Southern Indiana between 1985 and 1987.
