Bjorn Torhall is a seasoned professional in service design and customer experience strategy, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at SEB since August 2023. Prior to this role, Bjorn was a CX Strategist and Talent Principal for Experience Design at Valtech from May 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing client experiences and leading the Experience Design talent program. Previous experience includes serving as a CX Strategist and Manager at EY, focusing on human-centered design and technology-driven transformation, and a similar role at EY Seren, where digital transformation was emphasized. Bjorn also held multiple design leadership roles at Transformator Design, leading teams and managing client projects. Early career experience includes freelance design work and earning a Master's Degree in Industrial Design from Konstfack, alongside education at Tokyo Zokei University and Aalto University.
