Vicki M. is an experienced design professional with a robust background in user experience and customer interaction. Currently serving as Principal Designer at ANZ since May 2022, Vicki previously held the title of Senior Design Researcher at the same company. Prior to this, Vicki worked at 2degrees as a Senior Experience Designer from January 2021 to May 2022, and at Auckland Transport as a Senior Experience Designer and Experience Design Sprint Lead between October 2018 and January 2021. Vicki also led design and customer experience initiatives as Head of Design and Customer Experience at T&G from September 2011 to September 2018. Vicki began the career in marketing and operations, working as Marketing Manager - International at Delica Limited and Export Manager at Rainaway. Vicki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Design from Victoria University of Wellington, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
