Madeleine Ordway has a diverse work experience including roles at SeatGeek as an Associate HR Business Partner, Forward as a People Operations Specialist, Cisco as a Project Specialist and HR Representative, Nielsen Innovate Fund as a Startup Strategic Consultant, Jackson Hole Pop! as an Intern to Chief "Popperating" Officer, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort as a Guest Services Associate, and Bridge2Rwanda as a Student Consultant.

Madeleine Ordway attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2016, they participated in two study abroad semesters, one at Fudan University, where they studied Economy, Business, and Society, and another at Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a similar course of study.
