Jennifer Guillot is an experienced program manager with a strong background in agile transformation and program management. Currently serving as a Staff Program Manager at ZenBusiness since January 2022, Jennifer previously held significant roles at the Louisiana Department of Health, including Medicaid Program Manager and Release Train Engineer, where notable accomplishments included launching the first Agile Release Train for the department's Medicaid system. Jennifer's expertise extends to coaching teams and stakeholders through Agile methodologies, as demonstrated during tenure at the University of New Orleans. Earlier career positions include marketing and business development roles at various organizations, showcasing a robust ability to manage projects, teams, and events effectively.
