Matthew Burke has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at American Freight Furniture, Mattress, Appliance since August 2014. In this role, Matthew established a new operations division to enhance oversight and support for distribution center operations, managing a multi-shift facility with three distinct business units and overseeing a team of 8 leads and up to 160 associates. Previously, at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc., Matthew held several positions including General Manager, where responsibilities included maximizing operational processes and improving customer experience. Matthew has completed the Regional Manager Assessment and the Sure Start Management Program, further demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
