Sarah Baker

Director Of Business Intelligence at Search Discovery

Sarah Baker's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. Sarah started their career as a Human Resource Generalist at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel, where they were responsible for hiring and orientation. Sarah then worked as a Researcher at the Federal Reserve Bank, analyzing information on Strategic Workforce Planning.

Sarah then moved on to Case Western Reserve University, where they worked as an Educational Enhancement Programs Assistant, assisting with the planning and coordination of orientation programs for incoming students.

After that, Sarah joined Rosetta as a Business Analysis Associate, where they were involved in various projects for clients such as Luxottica Retail and David's Bridal. At Rosetta, they worked their way up to the role of Manager, Business Analysis, and Senior Associate, Business Analysis.

Sarah then worked at Centric Consulting as a Consultant and Senior Consultant, primarily working on eCommerce replatforming projects for clients including Vitamix and Edgepark Medical Supplies.

Following that, they joined Vitamix as a Business Systems Analyst, where they provided analysis and testing support for web enhancements and worked on reducing chargebacks. Sarah also worked as an EDI Analyst, supporting the transition from GXS VAN to SPS VAN.

Most recently, Sarah has been working at Search Discovery as a Senior Business Intelligence Manager and currently serves as the Director of Business Intelligence. In this role, they have led multiple concurrent BI implementation projects, delivering successful outcomes for over 70 clients.

With a diverse range of experiences across industries and a track record of managing projects and delivering results, Sarah Baker has developed a strong skillset in business analysis, project management, and business intelligence.

Sarah Baker has a strong educational background in business and management. Sarah obtained their Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing from Case Western Reserve University in the year 2007. Prior to that, they also completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Economics from the same university, which they attended from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah Baker has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Sarah received the TD Expert: CDP for Marketing certification from Treasure Data in August 2023. Prior to that, they became a Power BI Data Analyst Associate through Microsoft in March 2022. In March 2021, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant certification from Salesforce. Furthermore, in October 2018, they achieved the Champion Admin Certification (Level 3) from Datorama, a Salesforce Company. Lastly, they obtained the Domo Professional Services Certification from Domo, Inc. in January 2017.
