Beth Lacey Gill has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and communications fields. Beth Lacey began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Editor at ATS Consultants. In 2003, they joined the National Aquarium in Baltimore as a Publications Specialist and was promoted to Publications Manager in the same year. In 2008, they moved to Enterprise Community Partners as a Senior Editor. In 2010, they joined the Irvine Nature Center as Director of Marketing & Communications, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Marketing & Community Outreach Manager at The Dailey Group of Keller Williams Gateway. Since 2018, they have been the Director of Marketing and then Marketing Manager at Federal Business Council (FBC). In 2021, they joined Sealing Technologies Inc. as Marketing Manager.

Beth Lacey Gill began their educational journey at Garrison Forest School, where they earned their high school diploma in 1997. Beth Lacey then went on to St. Lawrence University and obtained their Bachelor of Science in English and Psychology in 2001. In 2003, they began their Master of Arts in Publications Design at the University of Baltimore, which they completed in 2009.
