Kai CHEN is a seasoned Senior Staff Engineer at Seagate Technology since August 2010, specializing in the design, development, and debugging of multi-threaded, real-time embedded firmware applications using C/Assembly, focusing on data flow and performance features for client hard disk controllers. Prior experience includes roles as an AudioVideo DSP Firmware Engineer at Solomon Systech Limited, where work involved embedded software development for multimedia and operating systems, as well as a Firmware Engineer at CCT Tech, enhancing DECT phone systems and a Software Engineer at ZTE Corporation, developing embedded software for CDMA2000 base stations.
