Jim Dold is an experienced professional in the marine industry, currently serving as a plug and mold builder and tooling specialist at Sea Pro Boats Inc since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a boat builder at Vectorworks and as a carpenter at Merritt Island Boat Works, where responsibilities included cabinetry installation and complete build-outs of various areas within boats. Additional experience encompasses plug and mold building and repair at Piranha Boatworks, and extensive boat building at Willy Roberts Boats, where skills in lamination, gel coating, rigging, and mechanical systems were developed. Jim Dold also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Island Marine Electronics and Island Liquors, along with serving as Vice President at Palm City Tile. Educationally, Jim Dold holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Miami.
