Stephanie began their career at Sarcom in 1997, where they served as a Human Resources Manager, providing support to branch offices in areas such as employee relations, training, and employment law. Stephanie also played a crucial role in coordinating recruitment efforts across all branch offices.

In 2000, Stephanie moved up to become an Operations Manager in the Technical Services department. In this position, they oversaw the delivery of technical services, managed employee development, and ensured efficient recruitment strategies to meet client needs.

By 2001, Stephanie was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Sarcom. In this role, they provided strategic direction to the leadership team across various areas such as organizational development, employee relations, training, and compensation and benefits.
