Stephanie Douglas has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously in various HR roles at CPL since February 2008. Responsibilities have included recruitment, hiring, employee relations, and onboarding, alongside managing corporate wellness initiatives. Prior to CPL, Stephanie worked at ING as a Technical Assistant Analyst/Administrative, focusing on communications and problem-solving. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Gwinnett Technical College.
