Carol Fitzgerald has extensive work experience in various roles within the beauty and consumer goods industry. Carol started their career as an Assistant Business Manager at Johnson Brothers Ltd in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Following that, they joined Coty and progressed through different positions, starting as an Assistant Brand Manager from 2008 to 2010, then becoming a Brand Manager from 2010 to 2012, and eventually serving as a Senior Brand Manager from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, Carol joined VERSIFY Limited as an Account Director, a role they held until February 2019. Their most recent position is with Sculpted by Aimee, where they started as a Commercial Manager in January 2020 and later transitioned to the role of Commercial Director in September 2021.

From 2001 to 2005, Carol Fitzgerald attended TU Dublin and completed a Bachelor of Business (hons) degree with a major in Marketing.
