Scott Mogavero has had a long and successful career in the corporate world. Scott began their career in 1996 as an Account Manager at First Albany Corporation. In 1997, they joined GE Power as a Global Wind Operations Manager and later became the Chief Information Officer for Renewable Energy and Business Development for Hydro Energy. In 2010, they were promoted to Executive - Global Logistics and Project Controls & Logistics Manager. In 2019, they joined Agility as a Senior Vice President, and in 2021 they became the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at [s] Cube Inc. Additionally, Scott has been teaching MBA Operations Management at the State University of New York at Albany since 2004.

Scott Mogavero has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Siena College, which they obtained between 1997 and 1999. Scott then obtained a Certificate in Information Management from Siena College between 1999 and 2001. Scott went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Business from the University at Albany, SUNY between 2003 and 2004.
