Minnal Packiam serves as a Senior Engineering Manager at SCREEN SPE USA since July 2024, with extensive experience in semiconductor wet processing and technology. Previously, Minnal held senior managerial roles at onsemi and GlobalFoundries, overseeing wet etch and cleans modules in East Fishkill, NY, with responsibilities that included process and equipment engineering and maintenance. Prior roles at SCREEN involved leading cross-functional teams in product, process, and applications engineering, focusing on 300mm and 200mm semiconductor customers. Early career experience includes manufacturing process engineering at IBM, along with a unique role as a piano teacher. Minnal is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University at Albany Massry School of Business, having earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
