Michele Lisic is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Scramblers since April 2023, Michele previously held the same title at Red Robin from September 2017 to May 2023. Prior to that, Michele managed The Old Bag of Nails from August 2015 to September 2017 and worked as Assistant General Manager at Logan's Roadhouse for a decade, from August 2005 to August 2015.
