Malvin H Reyes has extensive experience in security and community outreach, currently serving as a Security Professional at Scotland Yard Security since June 2018, where responsibilities include securing the Department of Human Services premises and personnel. Prior to this role, Malvin worked for the Philadelphia Housing Authority from 2006 to January 2016, initially as an Outreach Manager, developing policies to serve a diverse community, and later as Supervisory Asset Manager for the Homeownership Division, overseeing over $84 million in new development sales. Malvin began a career in the banking sector at First Union National Bank from 1990 to 2000 as VP of Compliance and Community Relations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Educational qualifications include a Certification in Negotiation Skills from Cornell University and a three-year certification in Banking and Financial Support Services from Bucknell University.
