Leo Petrossian has a diverse work experience in various roles in the field of web and graphic design. Leo started their career as a Design Intern at Dogbone Design Studios in 2015. In 2014, they worked as a Graphic Designer at G Labs LA, where they contributed to the development of the user interface for the Mochi the Panda children's gaming application.
Leo then joined Promenade Group in 2017, where they worked as a Graphic Designer, creating e-commerce websites and designing print and digital collateral for the BloomNation brand. Leo also served as an Email Marketing Associate, managing email campaigns, analyzing performance, and implementing A/B tests.
In 2020, Leo founded and became the Creative Director of Full of Life Apparel, a lifestyle streetwear brand that focuses on empowering individuals. Leo led the design process from ideation to execution, developing the brand philosophy, audience, and design blueprint.
Currently, Leo works at Scorpion since 2021. Leo started as a Web Designer and was later promoted to Senior Web Designer. In this role, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, optimizing them for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across various devices and browsers.
Leo Petrossian completed their Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they were a transfer student at Glendale Community College from 2011 to 2013, studying Art/Graphic design. Leo's secondary education was at Herbert Hoover High School from 2006 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. In addition to their formal education, Leo has obtained certifications in Building a Coaching Culture: Improving Performance Through Timely Feedback, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in January 2021.
