Youri van Zuijlen possesses extensive experience in technical support and cloud consulting, currently serving as a Technical Cloud Consultant at Score Utica since September 2014. Responsibilities include delivering Azure Virtual Desktop environments and Microsoft 365 modern workspaces, as well as executing migrations from existing customer environments. Previous roles include Second Line Support Engineer and Service Desk Employee at Score Utica, where problem resolution and knowledge transfer were key. Youri's career began with an internship at Score Utica, complemented by experience in 2nd Line Support at Hogeschool Utrecht and all-round duties at BTO Laptops and Desktop PC's. Formal education includes an ICT Management degree from ICT College Utrecht and ICT Care at MBO Utrecht.
