Joseph Griffin has over 15 years of work experience in the security systems engineering and technical support fields. In 2001, they began their career as a Security Systems Engineer/Network Administrator at Exelon. In 2003, they moved to Integral Technologies, where they served as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2005, they joined Koorsen Fire and Security as a Security Engineer. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Siemens Industry US as an Engineering Specialist II. In 2014, they moved to Exacq - Video Security Products, where they worked as a Tier 2 Technical Support. Finally, they joined 3xLOGIC in 2016, where they have held both the roles of Product Engineer and Technical Support Engineer.

Joseph Griffin received their High School Diploma from Chrysler High School in New Castle, IN in 1997.
