Kellie Anderson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as People Manager at Scope (Aust) since June 2021, Kellie previously held the position of National Human Resources Manager at Heritage Care from July 2015 to November 2020, where management of HR operations coincided with significant organizational growth. Prior roles include National Human Resources & Procurement Manager and National Operations Manager at Nationwide Health & Aged Care Services, overseeing a non-profit service business with $50 million in revenue from November 2010 to June 2015, as well as Human Resources Manager and HR Advisor at Benetas from November 2002 to October 2010. Kellie Anderson holds an Advanced Diploma of Management and an Advanced Diploma of Human Resources from Graduate Business School.
