Jeffrey Grant is an experienced educator and writer with a strong background in science education. Currently serving as a Teacher Ambassador at the National Center for Science Education since August 2019, Jeffrey also collaborates with Science Friday to create free educational materials for teachers. As an author with Science On Illustrations, Jeffrey has published two books aimed at supporting students and teachers in biology and chemistry. With a long tenure as a High School Science Teacher at Community High School District 99, Jeffrey has taught various subjects including Freshman Biology, Sophomore Chemistry, and currently Anatomy Physiology and A.P. In earlier roles, Jeffrey assisted as a Fisheries Biologist Aide at Cook County Forest Preserve. Jeffrey holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Teacher Leadership from Aurora University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Botany/Plant Biology at Northwestern University.
