Monica Tan serves as the SVP of Product and Engineering at Science Exchange, where responsibilities include overseeing the complete lifecycle of product development after initially joining as the Director of User Experience. Prior roles at Science Exchange include Vice President of Product Management & Design and Senior Director of Product Design, where Monica executed a company-wide rebrand and developed strategic product roadmaps. Previously, Monica held significant positions at Anomali, where entity leadership revolved around product experience unification, and AlienVault, where a flagship product redesign was achieved. Additionally, Monica is a board member for visual marketing at Palo Alto Partners in Education. Monica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and further studies at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.
