Susan Merkofer has extensive experience in content development and cultural communication, currently serving as a Content Developer at SRF - Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen since January 2016. In addition, Susan holds roles as Kulturvermittlung at Kunst(Zeug)Haus and as a Format Developer and Workshop Coach with #letsmuseeum since June 2021, focusing on experiential learning and emotional storytelling for team alignment and knowledge transfer in culture, tourism, and business sectors. Previous positions include editorial leadership at Switzerland Tourism and coaching in storytelling at Julius Baer. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Lucerne between 2008 and 2012.
