Hojae Kim currently serves as a Senior HR Generalist at both Schwan's Company and CJ Foods, a role focused on the integration of the two organizations since August 2022. Prior experience includes HR Manager and HR Generalist positions at NMSI INC. from August 2020 to August 2022, and a Human Resources Assistant role at the Minnesota Department of Human Services from May 2019 to May 2020, where significant contributions included developing recruitment strategies and enhancing diversity initiatives. Hojae Kim also held various roles at the University of Minnesota, notably as a Military Leave Support Program Coordinator, and as a Project Coordinator at Exile Press, alongside serving as an Executive Assistant with the Republic of Korea Army. Hojae Kim completed a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
