Kathryn Woodley, CFA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for Real Estate and Deputy COO for Private Debt and Credit Alternatives at Schroders Capital, where responsibilities include developing and implementing operations strategy across various asset classes and overseeing operations at Schroders Capital Management France. Prior to this, Kathryn held director-level positions at Allianz Global Investors, managing global business operations for Sustainable & Impact Investing and Alternatives while supporting the CEO/Global CIO. Earlier career experience includes roles at Man, where contributions were made as a Junior Relationship Executive and through a graduate scheme in Product and Client Operations, and at Henderson Global Investors, focusing on RFP coordination and client support. Kathryn graduated with a BSc Hons in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath.
