Jorge Luis Ortega Camarena is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and education. Currently serving as a project engineer at School the World and a professor at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua, Jorge provides civil engineering services focusing on concrete and steel inspection, along with teaching subjects related to structural analysis and design. Previous roles include civil engineer positions at the Ministry of Education and Margos de Chiriquí S.A, and a supervising engineer at OH CONSTRUCCIÓN during a field practice. Jorge holds a degree in civil engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, a Master's in Higher Education from Universidad Autónoma de Chiriquí, and specialized training in structural design according to Panamanian regulations.
